Academic Topics

Reading: We will be focusing on comparing and contrasting and cause and effect for the next several weeks.

Writing:  We have been working on sequencing in writing (beginning, middle, and end) and we will now be focusing on breaking personal narratives down into small moments.

Math:  Everyday Math Unit 3 – We will be focusing on visual patterns, number patterns, and counting.

Science/Social Studies:  We are taking time to focus on Thinking Maps in our homeroom classes.
