Meadow Point Elementary Before and After school program offers childcare before school, from 6:30 AM - 8:35 AM and after school from 3:15 PM - 6:00 PM.  With sufficient enrollment, the program also operates from 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM on school holidays and non-contact days.

This licensed program provides childcare and enrichment activities for the children and families of the Meadow Point community. Programs are fee-based and self-supporting. They are governed and regulated by the Cherry Creek School District and by the Colorado Department of Human Services, Division of Child Care.

Programs Goals and Philosophy

  • To provide safe, affordable, convenient, and quality childcare.
  • To provide children with positive interaction and opportunities to establish relationships with peers and adults.
  • To involve children and parents in continuous program development and improvement.
  • To assist children in their physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and creative development.
  • To provide qualified staff members who participate in continuing professional training and education.

Ages Accepted

Meadow Point's Before & After School Program is open to students in grades K - 5, or ages 5 - 12 years.  We are unable to accept children before they are enrolled in kindergarten. All participants must be age 5 by October 1 of the current school year. We also do not accept children once they have entered 6th grade.

Parent Handbook

Please read the Meadow Point ECS Parent Handbook and keep it for reference. Feel free to call the program office if you have questions.

ECS Enrollment Form

All children must be fully enrolled before attending any ECS program. To enroll, parents or guardians must compete and sign the Enrollment Form, which is available in the program office, the school's main office, or downloaded below. Parents must also give the child's current immunizations records to the program director and/or school nurse. While enrollment can occur any time, parents or guardians will complete a new Enrollment Form before each summer session and before each school year. Parents should also update the Enrollment Form if a phone number or any other information changes.
